Privacy Policy
This policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use ReplyWise (“the App” or “the Service”). By using ReplyWise, you agree to this policy and our Terms of Service.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: When you sign in with Google, we receive identifiers and profile basics (e.g. email, name, user ID) as provided by the sign-in provider.
- Content you submit: Messages or drafts you paste into the app may be sent to our AI provider to generate replies or improvements.
- Preferences & history: Language, tone choices, reply history, and optional features (such as “My Tone Profile” samples) may be stored with your account or on your device.
- Subscription & billing: If you pay online, Razorpay (or similar) processes payment details — we typically receive status and transaction references, not full card numbers.
- Device / usage: We may collect limited diagnostics (e.g. app version, crash data) to keep the app reliable. Some daily usage limits may be enforced at device level.
2. How we use information
We use data to:
- Provide AI reply and improve features, sync preferences and history across your signed-in devices
- Manage subscriptions and support requests
- Secure accounts, prevent abuse, and comply with law
- Improve reliability and performance of the Service
3. AI processing
Text you submit is transmitted over HTTPS to our AI provider (e.g. Anthropic) to produce suggestions. Do not paste highly sensitive personal data (passwords, financial account details, government IDs) into the app. Outputs are suggestions only — review before sending to anyone.
4. Third-party services
ReplyWise relies on providers whose privacy policies also apply when they process data on our behalf, including for example:
- Firebase (Google): authentication and cloud storage for account-linked data
- Google Sign-In: login
- Anthropic: AI message generation
- Razorpay: payments where applicable
- Google Play: if you install or pay via Google Play
5. Retention
We keep information as long as needed to run the Service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of account-linked data as described on our Account deletion page.
6. Security
We use industry-standard transport encryption for network requests between the app and our backends. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.
7. Children
ReplyWise is not directed at children under 13 (or the age required in your region). Do not use the Service if you are not old enough to consent.
8. International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards or your consent.
9. Your choices & rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us at support@codynextech.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this page and the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated in-app or by email where appropriate.
