Refund Policy

ReplyWise subscriptions are processed by our payment partner (e.g. Razorpay). Refunds and chargebacks may also be subject to bank or card network rules.

1. General

This Refund Policy describes how subscription fees paid for ReplyWise are handled. By subscribing, you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Subscription nature

Paid plans (such as Pro or Elite) are billed on a recurring basis for access to premium features for the current billing period. You are responsible for canceling before renewal if you do not wish to continue.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel future renewals through the cancellation or subscription management flow provided at checkout (for example, via your payment link dashboard, Razorpay communications, or instructions we publish in the app or on our website). Canceling stops future charges; it does not automatically refund past charges unless a refund is approved under this policy or applicable law.

4. Refund requests

We may consider refunds in situations including, for example:

  • You were charged in error (duplicate charge or clear billing mistake verified by us).
  • A technical failure on our side prevented you from accessing a paid feature you purchased, and we could not resolve it within a reasonable time.
  • Where required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

Refunds are not guaranteed for “change of mind” after a successful purchase, except where the law requires otherwise. Each request is reviewed in good faith.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@codynextech.com from the email associated with your account, with subject line Refund request — ReplyWise, and include:

  • Your registered Google / app account email
  • Plan name (Pro or Elite) and approximate date of payment
  • Transaction or invoice reference from Razorpay or your bank SMS/email (if available)
  • A short description of the issue

We typically respond within 5–10 business days.

6. Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Timing of funds appearing in your account depends on banks and payment partners and may take several business days after we initiate the refund.

7. Google Play (if applicable)

If you subscribed through Google Play Billing instead of Razorpay, refunds are handled under Google Play’s refund policies. Use the Play Store purchase flow to request a refund where available.
