Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, accessing, or using ReplyWise, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
2. Service description
ReplyWise provides AI-assisted reply generation, message improvement, tone selection, and related features. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. The Service is intended as a drafting aid — you are responsible for what you send to others.
3. Accounts
Sign-in may use Google or other methods we support. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for activity under it. You must provide accurate information when required. See Account deletion for how to request removal of your data.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use ReplyWise in ways that are unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, fraudulent, deceptive, or that infringe others’ rights. You will not:
- Attempt to bypass security, limits, or subscription checks.
- Use output to spam, impersonate others without disclosure, or generate clearly harmful content.
- Reverse engineer or misuse our APIs or infrastructure except as allowed by law.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Online checkout: Paid plans may be purchased via Razorpay (or other payment partners we designate). Pricing, taxes, renewal, and cancellation are shown at checkout and may change with notice where required by law.
Google Play: If you install ReplyWise from Google Play and purchase through Google Play Billing, those purchases are governed by Google’s terms and refund rules.

6. AI output and disclaimers
AI-generated text may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. You must review and edit content before use. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.
7. Intellectual property
ReplyWise, its branding, and related materials are owned by CodyNex Technology or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes unless we agree otherwise in writing. You retain rights to text you submit; you grant us permission to process it to provide the Service.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or, if none, fifty rupees / local equivalent).
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if we must comply with law, or if we wind down the Service. You may stop using ReplyWise at any time.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new “Last updated” date and revised terms on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where allowed by law.
